“Our hotelier Erik should get the 2017 Danish hotelier of the year award for his fantastic response to our minor predicament - not only did he rescue my wife from the bridge after several puncture repair attempts, but then the next day phoned around and then gave me a lift to scooter martin - the repair man- to buy a new tyre, and all the time we had great chat about everything ! Great breakfast, fantastic staff. and an upgrade !! 1 minute walk to the pedestrian centre of Rudkobing - brilliant Saturday morning music and market.”

“Our welcome by the charming host Eric. Our room was very modern and we had a choice of pillows! The wet room was very modern too and there was a lovely choice of organic toiletries. Free coffee and tea making facilities just down the corridor.Breakfast was abundant and a candle lit at the table completed the Danish sense of 'hygge'. Renovations are underway but they did not disturb us nor impede our enjoyment of the charming hotel, very centrally placed. There is a small road outside and some traffic noise, but not after bedtime.”
