“Nice breakfast. Free bus pass (for duration of stay). The bus stop next to hotel for travel to downtown train station Lucerne and buses every 10 minutes.”
“The staff were friendly and the hotel very close to town either a 10 minute walk or a few stops on the tram/bus which stops right outside and is free with the card supplied by the hotel. We had a very spacious room at the top of the hotel (unfortunately on the 3rd floor and no lift). Overall well worth staying there and I would return.”

“Hotel came with balcony which was ideal to sit with family. The room was clean and large enough for the family. The bathroom facilities are good. Breakfast is really nice and the hotel is literally at the bus stop. The hotel also offers free public transport at part of your stay which is a great bonus.”
