“The staff were friendly and responsive, the location on the edge of the old town was perfect. Out of my bathroom window I could see in the adjacent university building a plaque for "Wilhelm Bunsen, Chemiker," the inventor of the Bunsen burner. The breakfast was plentiful, with wonderful German breads, great cheeses and sliced meats, eggs, fruit, muesli, yoghurt. I wish I had had more time there. It is "echt Deutsch," truly German.”
