“We had a corner unit (junior suite) with a long balcony overlooking the green hills behind the hotel. Had a nice bathroom with large tub and a fantastic showerhead. Loved it! Klaus, one of the co-managers, provided us with a space heater because it was too cold in our room the first night and the heat had not been turned on in the hotel because it was still summer. He took the time to ask us the next day whether we were comfortable with the heater (nice touch). We asked to get on half-board at last minute when we checked in; and Christine, the other co-manager arranged to get us a nice table. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was always good. Very nice soft bathrobes. Good parking behind hotel.”
