• Important Notice
  • The swimming pool will remain close from November-27 to December-27, 2017.<br><br>A security deposit of USD 47 (for foreigners) or CLP 30.000 (for Chilean citizens) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>A child aged 8 or under can be accommodated for free in existing beds. If a second child will be accommodated too, this child must under no exceptions, pay USD 45 for an extra bed per night.<br><br>Please note views offered by the rooms (sea or city) are not guaranteed and based on availability. Guests may ask after reservation which view is available.<br><br>Extra beds can be supplied subject to availability.<br><br>According to the anti-tobacco Law N&#xB0; 20.660, all hotel facilities and terraces are non-smoking facilities. Violations to this law will result in a penalty fee of CLP 80,000 , necessary to return the space back to its prior state.<br><br>LOCAL TAX<br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won&#x2019;t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<br>* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.<p>Please inform Hotel Sunfish in advance of your expected arrival time.
