“Property is based on the outskirts of the city (5 min drive or 20 min walk to centre). Parking was easy, either inside the secured gates or in front of the hotel. Breakfast was basic continental, but plentiful. Restaurant staff were pleasant, as was the female receptionist and night duty guy.”
“The castle in Gioia Del Colle is good, especially as it is free on the first Sunday of the month. Handy for seeing Trulli country as its withing an hour of many places, and cheaper than staying in somewhere pretty!”
