“We were welcomed by a friendly staff member who was very helpful, giving us recommendations on what to do in Interlaken. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a pub/restaurant. Breakfast was good and the restaurant provided a 2 for 1 fish and chip night while we were there, which was great. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with a regular bus service to the town (free for people staying at hotel). Also, there was a laundromat a few doors down. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”
“There was no elevator....we were up two flights thru narrow steps. The room was minimal; some upgrades were done to the place, but it is marginal at best. No amenities, i.e. Shampoo,etc. staff were very nice & helpful. Breakfast was good. It really is a ski lodge for those on a budget!”
