Important Notice
- According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.<br><br>In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “É uma boa opção para quem precisa se hospedar na região de Osasco, o hotel é bem localizado proximo a prefeitura, centro da cidade, grandes mercados, teatro municipal, shopings da cidade. O atendimento do check-in é um pouco demorado mas cordial, as acomodações sao boas com espaço acima da media e possuem uma mini cozinha, forno microondas e frigobar, o que te dá uma certa autonomia para fazer algumas coisas. O banheiro é bom mas com acessorios barulhentos como torneira e caixa do vaso. A TV no meu quarto desligava e ligava sozinha a cada intervalo de tempo nao consegui identificar o motivo. No mais estava tudo em bom estado. Estacionamento gratuito.”

“Cama incrivelmente confortável, o quarto estava bem limpo. Chuveiro esquentava bastante e tinha boa pressão da água. O quarto não é imenso, mas tem dois ambientes separados por um rack/armário, onde fica a tv, o armário com as roupas de cama, e possui uma bancada, simples e eficiente. O quarto também possui varanda.. que apesar de ficar de frente para outro prédio não perde tanto a vista da cidade.”
