“Hotel and hospitality was excellent. My only complaint is that I booked through the website and it quoted me 414 pounds for 2 rooms but now I have returned home after my brothers wedding I see I have been charged 460! I should of checked at check in but did not really feel I needed to with the hotel reputation. Is it possible for a refund at this stage as we would like to book a break with you in the future?
