• Important Notice
  • Please note Hotel Valle Nevado offers a full board. Nevertheless, lunch is not included neither in the check in day nor the checkout day.<br><br>In case of early check-out, guests will not be refunded for the remaining days.<br><br>In case of late chek-in, guests will not be refunded for the prior days, unless it was due to a closure of the road.<br><br>If the ski lift were to be closed, guests will be refundedthe the full amount of each date. Additionally, the refund can be used to pay for a future date, during the same season.<br><br>If the road to the mountain is closed for any reason, guests will have to manage their stay in Santiago by themselves, and will be refunded the money for each night not spent at Valle Nevado.<br><br>The road at the mountain might be accessed as follows:<br>Monday to Friday (except holidays): up and down the road.<br>Saturday, Sunday and holidays:<br>- up the road from 08:00 to 13:00.<br>- down the road from 15:00 to 20:00.<br>- both ways from 20:00 of the same day, until 08:00 of the following morning.<br>* This might vary, so please make sure in advance.<br><br>--<br><br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.<br><br>* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.<br><br>To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won&#x2019;t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
