“We were upgraded upon arrival. Room was great, nice bed and linens, but found room a little warm...However, easily remedied as windows did open. Breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent, with good selection and friendly staff.”

“We got a free upgrade, from standard to junior suite. The suite was very nice, plenty of space, with a Nespresso coffee machine and chocolates :) The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great, right next to the train station and tram stops. You will even receive free public transport tickets!We arrived in Basel by car and parked underneath the hotel. The parking feels very secure, but is charged per night.”
