“I was there for 20 nights, so used pretty well everything in the hotel - swimming pool, sauna, restaurants for dinner, business centre, towels for beach etc. I also couldn't speak the local language, so help was essential if I was going to use local transport successfully. EVERYTHING was brilliant - communication, breakfasts and dinner, beds and pillows (uncommon in many hotels!), shower etc. I could reach the beach, buses and metro within a block. Everything that I asked for was provided; reception even untangled a necklace chain that had me beaten! To sum up, the hotel's motto could be ' No problem'!!”
