“The hotel was amazing, directly set in front of the Lagoon , Old Villa style which reflects the style of Venice on it. The location is great two mints walk to Lido boat stop - 3 stops to San Marco. Rooms cleaning is super. Great foods and service at the essential restaurant ( Ms. Roza) the wateriest is amazing, she is very active and careful looking at what guests need even if you didn't ask the hotel wins such a employee . The Staff is very helpful appreciated a lot the receptionist Ms. Istiphana she helped me to do some urgent pepper work as there is no business centre. The hotel is incredible.”
