“A lovely complex of individual little cortijos with private terraces, set in beautifully landscaped grounds. Gorgeous, large free form pool. Very friendly owner and staff. The breakfast was lovingly prepared, with a delicious warm tostada made to our order: tomato, serrano ham and cheese, plus fresh fruit and juice, yummy little pastries and excellent coffee.”
“We stayed here for 1 night on our roadtrip. Oscar and the ladies of the crew were so friendly and informative. You would go back just for them alone :-) And don't forget the cleaner, we had the nicest chat! The rooms were nice and comfortable, very clean and cosy. The domain is super, we love this style. We didn't use the swimming pool due to lack of time though it looked inviting. Location: about 4-5 km from San Jose and close to Los Escullos. We will definitely go back and spend more time here! Good simple breakfast included (coffee, fruit, tostada and pastry).”
“The location is outstanding in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. The accommodations are excellent and built with good taste. Very quiet, close to but not at the beach. Excellent for relaxing with partner, family or friends and a great base to explore the region by car or bike. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff.”
“Villa Hotel Maltes isa beautiful hotel in a great location at the heart of Cabo de Gata, nice and close to the quaint town of San Jose. We had a great stay here in our own cosy apartment. The small fridge, toaster and kettle were an added bonus to our stay. The staff were friendly and really helpful when I left my Kindle behind! Would highly recommend!”
