“Staff was very helpful, and I will explain. We booked the last available room and did not knew that it was a room without balcony. When you go at a location by the sea, and want to do some swimming, you need a balcony to dry your towels and stuff. We asked the manager about a room with a balcony but it was all booked. Fortunately a no-show hapenned after 2 days and the manager gave us the balcony room, at no extra cost. Very nice location and a good breakfast.”
