“The staff were fantastic. Ray made us tea whenever we wanted. The hospitality was terrific and the best thing was the location. 1 minute to wall to the subway which connected us to main tourist spots as well as being 5 minutes wall to the train station. Loads of pubs and restaurants near us and rhe staff gave us maps and loads of info on where to go and what to see. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The receptionist was rude and dishonest. He waited till he charged me with the accommodation fees before telling me that I was allocated a room on the fourth floor. I am 62 years old, had recently knee surgery and used crutches till a few days ago. I emailed them very early on to ask gor ground floor or lower floor room and got a confirmation to tell this would be in order. The toilett has no sink to wash your hands and the shower id room is 1X1 meter . I am sure this was the worst experience in hamburg”
“The vicinity of Central Station. My room was really spacious, as well as the bathroom. I liked the room decoration, although I think a young couple would enjoy it more. Everything was spotlessly clean. I missed a safe deposit box and minibar, but this you can not expect to find in each 3 star hotel. Wifi was perfect. Breakfast was not very rich, but OK according to the price. The staff very polite. Altogether, good value for money.”
“Small, privately owned hotel. The rooms are large, and the bed is comfortable. It is a good location... The decor is VERY Kitschy, so if you don't like that you won't feel comfortable here. The staff were helpful, and the stay was without problem.”
