- Please note that the hotel is located in a restricted traffic area, therefore when you are using a GPS device, you should set it at Via Venti Settembre and then follow directions to Piazza Vittoria square's parking. Once you get to the parking, call reception. Please note you are not allowed to pass through Piazza della Loggia square, since it is a restricted traffic area.<br><br>The hotel only has 15 free parking spots available. Guests must call the property in advance to book a car space.

“We loved the old style atmosphere at the hotel, particularly the funky elevator. It combined nostalgia with modern conveniences. The bed was comfy, the view from the 4th floor of the Duomo and the Castle were amazing! Fresh omelettes for breakfast every morning, along with delicious croissants and other pastries. Our nightcaps in the lounge were a great way to relax after a busy day. The bartenders were very friendly, as were the front desk staff.”

For the first 5 days we were there was a bit of a disappointment regarding the scramble eggs and bacon, they were always cold and we told the staff about this, they could see too as it was left on the plate. The last two days they had a cook cooking the eggs in the breakfast room on request, and that was excellent.”
