“The warmth and hospitality of the family running the hotel was a lovely surprise. Attention was paid to every detail from leaving pegs on your wellness bag to remember which is yours to staff bringing out a homemade Austrian cake to show you how it looks like before you buy it. The view from the relaxing area of the wellness facility was a real highlight.This was a real 'homely' experience, no bills to sign after each meal and staff kept track of everything efficiently and discretely.”

“We had the luck of receiving fresh snow after our arrival. The environment is perfect to enjoy winter as hiker, while there are also some (modest) ski-opportunities. The authentic Tiroler environment is reflected in the hotel. It's newly built relax-area with 3 sauna's is very pleasant.”
