“I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were happy and friendly, the breakfast was good(I had a great cappuccino), the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There was a lift and they were able to stow my bag for the day. It was a good location too - close to everything in the old town without being in a busy area.”

“The location in the old town is convenient to many of the popular sights to see. It was near several shops and restaurants. I chose this hotel at the recommendation of a conference I was attending. The hotel property is historic and I liked that, and the bed was comfortable. The first desk clerk who checked us in offered to research the way to get to an obscure castle from Innsbruck. By the time we left, she was on holiday and we got only a negative answer from another reception person, who may not have known about it. At least she offered to try.”
“This hotel is all about its location right, in the centre of the ' old town'. Its a simple place with good bedrooms , modern styled bathrooms , a lift to the upper floors and excellent breakfasts . Reception service is very friendly. Already recommended it to all our friends as the place to stay in lovely Saltsburg”

“Great hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location was perfect and staff friendly and hospitable. The room didn't have a view, but was shielded from the street noise, which was ideal for us since there was a music festival in the street over the weekend.”
