“The staff were very friendly and helpful, though the place was so understaffed that it was occasionally difficult to get service - one staff member (Pedro) seemed to be rushed off his feet constantly. He was a great help to us and very charming, the poor man just seemed to have to do everything and worked very long hours.Sonia on reception was also lovely too, as were the other staff members. The quality of building materials (limestone floors and corian bathroom units etc) was very high.”
