“Nice location and services. During our two-day stay I saw 4 different people at the reception, two women and two men. Both men were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately the two young women, and one in particular, were not. One of these young women in particular looked so stern and might I say miserable, that I was almost afraid to ask her questions. With so much unemployment in Italy I don't think it would be too difficult to find staff that warmly welcomes the client. For this reason alone I would not return to the hotel.”
