“The hotel is a little hidden near the walls of the palace garden, therefore it is very quiet there. Nevertheless public transport can easily be reached. The room has everything necessary. The air conditioning works fast and efficient. Internet is fast. The bed is quite hard, which is probably too hard for Western standards. The coffee they offer is very tasty. One of the staff speaks a minimum of English, the other one fairly well. Mr Kyoung Su Kim is very friendly, polite and helpful.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen facility was a very useful bonus to have when we needed to make our own meals. When we needed a taxi to the airport one was booked with ease and it was at the door when needed. There was an issue with the hot water supply for which the staff apologised from the heart and gave us a kind gift for the inconvenience. In short, the staff and manager were excellent! We would book here again in a heartbeat.”
