“Clean rooms and facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cuisine was very good, we liked the tasty dinners very much. In the wellness/spa area there is a small gym, sauna, steam bath and relax zone with spa beds. We liked the nuts and salty crackers available at the reception and the refreshment in the wellness area. The Achen Lake is cca. 15 min. by feet, and it cannot be seen from the balcony. It offers a wide variety of sport and active leisure activities.”
“Views from the room, cleanliness, helpful staff, very high quality, freshness, and selection of buffet breakfasts and dinners (only the main dinner dish needs to be preselected and is brought by a waitress). And we liked that breakfast was served early from 7:30 and dinner also early from 18:00. Very nice hikes in the area (we hiked all days)”

“Das Hotel selber war seine 4 Sterne wert, bis auf das Zimmer, da waren wir sehr enttäuscht... niemals 4 Sterne (siehe unten) Essen war spitze und reichlich Bedienung flott und alles kam sehr schnell, egal ob essen oder Getränke Speisesaal sehr schön und Nobel eingerichtet sowie sich der Außenbereich zum sitzen.”
