Does not participate in the "Neusiedler See" card program, but if you pay somewhere more, e.g. entrance fees, the hotel gives you a refund without problem. If you don't go anywhere, you have not payed for the card (otherwise included in room rates).”

“Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, allerdings hatte das Hotel kein Kentniss über die Buchung über Booking, somit hatten wir erst eine Notlösung als Zimmer, bis der Chef des Hauses uns das beste Zimmer gegeben hat. Alles im Hotel super vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen plus das Zimmer.”
