“They made beautiful towel-folded-swans on our bed, because I asked them to do something romantic with flowers, because it was a surprise citytrip for my boyfriend. Was very pleased with the result. Also, when we had a little noise in our room because the window could not close properly, they offered us to change rooms. The hotel is next to a metro AND a tramline so transportation in Istanbul was very easy from this hotel. Also nice views from the top floor(where the breakfast was). I can't believe people here are complaining about this hotel because of the noise the mosques are making when calling for prayer. I mean, what do you expect when you're going to Istanbul?”

“the room is really bad , the head board of the beds very dirty, lots dirty marks on it , i have taken picture of the mark and show to the staff they cant do anything carpet looks like very old and dirty marks on it. location is good but the the room is not value for the money , the wifi is really good. i will not recommend anyone with kids , other may consider this property. if they maintain beds and rooms quality, than this is really good place to stay, staffs are very friendly”
