“Best location, less than 10 min walking from the train station and 5 min to the old city. The stuff was so friendly they offer everything you can think of before you even ask them. They even gave me a city pass for free for public transport. The decoration is like you live in an antique shop, it might be strange at the beginning but in the end it leaves a pleasant nostalgic feeling!”

“Characterful old (early 1900s) town house, spotlessly clean as usual in Switzerland, beautifully decorated and very well located just off Marktplatz on the northern edge of St Gallen city centre (tram S21 from the railway station takes barely 2 minutes, perfect if you have heavy luggage, otherwise it's about a 10-minute walk). The owner, Mr Villarino, was absolutely charming, welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.”
