“The staff was professional and kind, the dining was great, the location perfect... an overall fabulous experience.”
“The hotel is directly at the lake. Quite in evening hours.”
“The restaurant had an extended patio area overlooking a small marina. Lovely to eat breakfast with the lake lapping practically at our feet. The town is cute and the hotel is just around the corner from the ferry dock, so we enjoyed an impromptu two-hour round-trip ferry ride before dinner. The room had two large windows to open for fresh air and a very quiet fan. Even though we overlooked the patio/restaurant, the noise was minimal and ended by around 9 p.m. We booked late in the afternoon and got a special deal for 99 euros. If we had paid much more than that, I don't think we would have been as satisfied.”
“Restaurant on the water. Walk to everything. NICE”
“As we have stayed here before we love the location and the restaurant as it is directly at the lake shore. There is nothing nicer as to indulging with a delicious breakfast (included in the room rate) whilst gazing out over the tranquil beautiful lake Starnberg. I was then surprised to hear that the hotel had build a new sauna/spa area with views also directly over the lake and private access to a 'steg' to jump into the water. We both really enjoyed a few hours in the sauna and I couldn't resist a few cold dips into the lake. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and chatty! We certainly would love to come back! Thank you!”
“Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff.”
