“Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Mr. "Claudio" the hotel receptionist (maybe manager) did everything to explain all the facilities neraby and to make my stay more comfortable.”

“Claudio is the owner. Italian but he speaks excellent German and French too. And very good English and Flemish as well. He is a very nice and cheerful man having fun in his job. He makes you feel welcome and arranges all you need with joy. The hotel is situated very nice; the reason for my choice. Close to the lake with a few restaurants. One which is across the lake and has a terras with sun shine until almost 21h. Breakfast is good. Nice coffee/tea/fruit juice, bread/cheese/meatslices/jellys, yogurt/cereals, eggs, etc. Claudio also welcomes motor bikers. Free parking at the side of the hotel underneath the roof, protected from rain and passing people.”
“Cordial and entertaining welcome from the proprietor Claudio was delightful! Our family room was really a junior suite with separate room for our teenage son. Only one local restaurant, but that was excellent, and only five minutes walk away.”
“Simple and clean hotel. Location is good for hiking. Not much to do in the neighbourhood (just one reastaurant), so better go with a car to visit nearby towns.”
“We received a warm greeting from Claudio, the owner, who speaks excellent English. During our all too short stay he gave us a lot of information on where to eat, hike, visit etc. and was extremely helpful when we needed a hospital visit due to tooth problem on our 2nd day. The hotel is a short walk from the lake and lovely walking. Sadly we did not have time to venture far so will have to visit again! The beds were comfortable with crisp white sheets and the bathrooms/bedroom very clean. There is an air of calm in this lovely little hotel and nothing is too much trouble for Claudio who also rents bikes and has a boat on the lake, so be nice to him!”
