“Location just across the street from the Palazzo Reale. They gave us an upgrade as well as let us check in one hour early. Our favorite was free bike rentals and free parking. Awesome! The breakfast was fancy and nice, but as everyone says, a bit pricey. The bed was comfortable. The staff would do anything for you.”

“I was a almost stranded arriving late into Monza rail station with no prospect of finding a taxi. I called the hotel and Alessandra on reception was fantastically helpful in sorting out transport. She also ensured I had a table in the restaurant which was full and near closing. She has a bright, helpful and optimistic approach and is a real credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet and very comfortable.”
