“The location is perfect and the bed extra comfy. Nice bathroom with tub. Very quiet.”
“Best location to visit the village . The front desk clerk was very helpful to park the car as it is only one car can be park in front of the hotel . The breakfast was nice but it was very small room ,It would be much nice to have the breakfast on the ground floor .”
“Inexpensive stay for cleanliness and welcoming staff.”
“Extremely helpful staff despite language barrier. Provided us with map on arrival and recommended a very good restaurant. We arrived late morning and we were given early access to our room so we could leave our luggage. Excellent breakfast. Great location in centre of town within easy walking distance of railway station.”
“Great central location to explore Die and its surrounding area. The hotel itself is nice enough for a night or two. My room had a bath which was most appreciated at the time. The owners are friendly and recommended a great place to eat just around the corner. I travelled by bicycle and the owners let me store my bike in their lockable garage. Breakfast was good too. I'd stay again very happily.”
“Good location in the centre of town - big rooms - nice old fashioned french hotel in the beautiful little town of Die”
“Pascal, the manager. Amazing guy! Superb dinner and breakfast”
“Lovely little town. Hotel located in the heart of the town. If you visit you must try and eat at the Restaurant L'écurie on Rue de l'Arzonne and ensure that you order their maison frites (if they don't already come with your main), the best I have ever eaten!”
“Very comfortable, clean and convenient accommodation with French traditional atmosphere. Nice people who were helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the chambre d'hote atmosphere. We felt welcome. The town has a thriving market one day a week, and plenty of restaurants for 'veggies', which is unusual for France. Friendly town, and unspoilt by large shops.”
“The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was excellent with fresh cold milk for tea.The room was bright and cheerful with a small but perfectly adequate bathroom. The location was excellent for exploring the old town of Die on foot. Several restaurants were nearby and the hotel kindly booked for us because as it was holiday time everywhere was very crowded.”
