“I loved the breakfast baskets so much. It's not just the convenience or the comfort of being able to wake up slowly, but it gave me something to look forward to each morning, like opening a present. This is just one example of the kind of attention to detail and care that make this place so special. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and genuine. I can imagine that if management knows how to take great care of guests, that they also understand how to take care of their employees - they must be quite happy to work here and it shows.”
