“Our break did not go exactly to plan - see next comment, but the staff did everything possible to try to make the situation better. In the booking I had requested a twin room but as the hotel was full this was not available at the rate we had payed. We had a double bed but was offered two duvets which did work. Also although the heating was on when we arrived at 4 pm by 5.30 it had gone off! It was a freezing cold day and snowing. There was a small electrical heater which helped but they did give us another heater too. We had them on all night as it was v cold but about 8.30 the heating came back on. Timing issues??”
