“Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great beach 30 seconds from hotel (yes, really!) Puerto del Rosario is only a 25 min walk away along the beach. Very close to airport and great views of cruise ships coming and going. And the best bit-the food. Goat burger with caramelised onion (bar menu) was one of the best burgers I've ever tasted.”

“The best staff on the island. My wife is pregnant, so she needed rest after check-out, before going to the airport and they provided us with a courtesy room. Also the bartender is absolutely professional, creating cocktail wonders. Dinner was amazing. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully designed and we'll equipped, overlooking the sea. Also the beach is right next to the apartment. ”

“Large spacious rooms, very clean, maid service daily, staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds, bathroom good size with a bidet, quiet relaxing hotel and rooms, sea view, security patrol the grounds at night which is very reassuring. Hotel lounge area very spacious with an interesting range of lovely comfortable furniture. Restaurant on site with very friendly waiters who knows how to make you feel special. You didn't have to pay the extra for parking, Wi-Fi or storing your luggage (in case you arrive early). Overall the rooms were a little pricy but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel has been renovated recently. It was comfortable but we had the feeling that it is not yet up to speed. Some of the staff did not seem fully trained but other experienced staff compensated for that. In any case, even those who seemed less experienced were very attentive and keen to do their job well. As a hotel it was not particularly remarkable but there was a surprise: the restaurant. The food has a Canarian foundation but is very creative. The chef, Yareli, will go places I think.”
