“Communal areas were very cosy, the breakfast room had an amazing view and the quality of the breakfast itself was excellent. Very short walk into town and close to many hiking routes. Great sauna!”

Room was comfortable, clean and very nice. Breakfast selection was great with a homemade feel, very tasty. And to top if off, a breakfast bag was prepared for the early morning start one day. ”

“This was my second stay at Hotel Granen. It is a lovely, elegant ski hotel with a quiet bar and a great breakfast layout. It's a short uphill walk from the Bergbahn, so it requires slightly more effort to get to compared to many other places in Åre, but that makes it a nice quiet place!”

“location is very good. You can walk or slay down the center. The hotel is very cosy and feels safe for the family. The wifi is very good. Personnel is very kind. in general i will go again because its a nice cosy hotel for the family very close to the center. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Nice big family sauna and this time we even enjoyed playing ping pong. The breakfast was very good.”

“The staff at the hotel, about 200 meters from the center of town, was among the best I have seen in my extensive travels around the world. Very friendly, efficient and always willing to help. It is a pretty quiet place; most visitors are families or adult couples; so a good night's sleep is pretty much guaranteed. Prices are reasonable, the food is good and the rooms, comfy and clean. Do not forget to try the moose- meatballs they serve around the après-ski time, in the cozy living room, and rest your weary legs in front of the fireplace.”
