“The front desk clerk that checked me in was a very kind and compassionate woman. I was there because my sister had been star flighted to Herman Memorial Hospital with a massive stroke and blood clot in her brain. I was very distraught and tearful and the desk clerk took the time on her break to come outside where I was crying and comfort and pray for me. “There was a small laundry room with $1 each wash/dry which was very helpful. We used the free shuttle to visit the zoo which was also nice. Appreciated the fridge in the room. The location was perfect - close to Downtown for my husband for work and close to museum, park and zoo for me and the kids.”
