“OK hotel close to the airport. Staff are not the friendliest though. Also has an average shopping mall underneath the hotel that is slowly dying, with shops shutting all through it. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport. ”
“Suite room very spacious, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Shopping centre with food court serving very local Chinese fare at adjoining building. Bonus was the free entry to the awesome City of flowers . Free shuttle service to and from Kunming airport was so efficient. Staff at the reception very helpful.”

“Refreshing to have such a warm welcome by hotel staff. Our visit to China, as Americans, hasn't been very friendly, but Allen Yi really helped out my family and I with getting checked in and giving us a tour of the hotel. We had to check out at 5am, and Allen procured 3 taxis for us as we were a big group and packaged our breakfast to go. He went above and beyond!”
