I had a late arrival due to delayed flights which wasn’t an issue and was given a room upgrade upon arrival. Despite an ongoing issue with their payment system, the hotel manager and staff were very accommodating and ensured I had a blissful stay. There was discount on spa treatments that was perfect, and the facilities are spot on. Catering to your every needs.”
