“The staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was better than I've had at other similar hotels. There were lots Steeler fans getting ready to go to the game and a youth hockey team from out of town, so breakfast time was quite hectic... it seemed like everyone was there at the same time. As a result, the breakfast area was tight, but they opened a room across the hall to other guests to make room. There was a lot going on and they handled it without an attitude and kept the food coming. Excellent job in stressful times!”
