“Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was even one guy who called us by our names every day when he saw us. Buffet was better than expected! Better than a lot of others. Location was excellent for sightseeing the Mall area and museums.”

“Convenient location, 3-5 minutes walk to two stations on different subway lines. The hotel is clean, there are no complaints about cleaning the rooms. Very comfortable bed, good pillows. Room is well equipped, there is an iron and an ironing board. The window is narrow, but from the floor to the ceiling, can be closed with jalousie. No problems with the Internet, I had to reconnect two or three times in 8 days of staying there.”

“Honestly, this hotel would have scored top marks except for two problems we had in our room. One, the shower only produced lukewarm, low pressure drizzles of water. Very frustrating. Secondly the cool electronic window shades would not operate. and could not be manually raised. So the great view we had from the bedroom window could not be recaptured after we lowered the shades. Apart from that, this was a fantastic hotel - just not room 521. the staff were super friendly and helpful, from front desk, to valet. The breakfast was excellent - not your usual stodgy hotel breakfast. With healthy options. Facilities - lobby, rooftop lounge, hallways, elevator lobbies, even elevators, were clean and modern. Lobby layout was welcoming and warm, like a living room but a trendy one. I would definitely stay there again...but not in room 521!”
