“Everything was temporary on second floor due to destruction of entire first floor. Facility was closed for 2 months. All from hurricane. Staff was great. Felt sad for their hardships. Great location”

“Concierge was extremely helpful. Bell staff actually offered us water as we were leaving and were very nice. Restaurant chefs were fun and on top of it, food was extremely better than I thought it would be so we actually ate there both days. Bar staff were great as well. The view was very nice of the riverfront. The bed linens and bed were so so comfortable you did not want to get out of bed.”
