“I enjoy returning to the Hyatt. The staff remember you and make your stay very enjoyable. Thanksgiving Buffet was wonderful with a wide selection. I enjoy the location at Rupp Arena. It makes attending University of Kentucky Men's Basketball game easy and enjoyable.”

The lady that help me took my number and offered to call as soon as a room was ready. She did in fact call within 30 minutes. Room was very clean, accommodations were nice.”
