“The bed is/was bad. I would expect that quality of a mattress at a hostel. The height was ok but not the firmness. I am hard of hearing, the security had to call because people next to my room complained. When I ask what level of decibel I should set the TV at, he did not know. This happened a few times. I set the TV at 20 out of a possible 80 - 100, now I could not hear very much. The room 2027 had extra door to the adjoining rooms on both sides instead of a concrete wall. You should post the max level on the TV. I left my eMail with front desk supervisor.....I expect a response.”
