“The staff was extremely helpful with most of the things. Especially Franćois, Victor, Coretta and Tenzig. I also had a talk to the house keeping manager when I had left because I forgot a brand new iPhone in the room....it was found. So, so grateful. The location is the best location I have ever stayed at in NYC after many years of going there. You have Union Square subway around the corner to take you uptown or downtown if you are to lazy to walk.”
