“The property was excellent.An apt place to relax.The rooms and decors were excellent. KayaKalp- The spa in the property was awesome. The service of Guest Service Associate,Romila in the spa is remarkable. Whenever we went to Spa her hospitality was excellent.The service of the therapist in the spa; Cindy, Lucy,Atlantis and Grace were appreciatable.Ramesh the F&B service person in Madras Pavilon was very good.Overrall we had a very good experience through out our stay.Will definitely planning to visit the property again.”

Hotel staff were excellent from check-in to check-out (i even had a butler!!), my room was excellent - very roomy, well lit, very comfortable - including bed, bedding and pillows. Walk-in shower, great water pressure, the hotel is eco - and tries to make sure that they do everything eco - responsibly. Loved the food on offer, they have many choices of restaurants, including the 24 hour dining where I had delicious breakfasts daily and my personal favourite restaurant was 'Pan Asian' - loved the Chinese food they made for me - they had to make special food for me 'off-menu' because of my food allergies - scrummy-delicious!”
