“The beach was great. Also compliments in the room made our stay enjoyable. Sleepers and wardrobe to your request. Staff generally helpful and kind, especially ladies at the reception desk and restaurant administrators. Also if reception staff gave you "blue bracelete" it mean that they will care you at the level "4*+". And if you receive "brown bracelete" it mean that they will take you service at the upper level "5*". Camembert on the breakfast is not limited, but they haven't parmezan and blue cheese. The swimming pool is fabolous too. Dessert and sweets are very delicious. You may book a special thematic(asian, tunisian, italian) dinner in the restaurant two times for all your staying.”

“Although a splendid new modern hotel I found the atmoshere rather clinical. Lacks any holiday or happy atmoshere. Guests just sat around in a large lobby/ general area looking either bored or introspectivce. Not as relaxed as some of the more well established hotels in port el kantaoui. Very nice staff. food generally lovely.I think the seating area downstairs could do with some relaxing holiday background music.”

It is a wonderful hotel really clean lovely staff the food is really good fabulous breakfast and dinner was out of this world every meal was so good comfortable bed really good rooms wonderful view from balcony over looking the pools and garden and sea view .The reception and bar areas are clean friendly and the entertainment is varied and fun as a disabled visitor in a wheelchair this hotel is perfect I can not fault this hotel and I hope to return”
