“The rooms are well appointed but very small, we were travelling with a 1y.o who required a cot which made the room even tighter to move around. Staff were friendly. Great location, close to shopping strips, park, restaurants.”
“The staff (Wayne) in charge of the trolley cart was very mindful of our family- providing extra towels, toiletries and handsoaps. He was very friendly and approachable. We were most impressed as we were entering the hotel room for the first time when he approached us (with his trolley cart) and asked if we would need extra towels as we have 2 kids under 4yrs of age. The lady in charge of the breakfast buffet bar on the 1st floor was very friendly, understanding and helpful. All and all, very child friendly staff and services.”

“Room and Bathroom were both very small. Two twin beds in a very small room for a family of two adults and two children was very tight. No drop off area in front of the hotel so we had to park down the road to check in. $25NZ for parking on top of the room rate was a bit rich in Christchurch.”
