“The holder to the shower was broken. No big deal but it is also no big deal to fix it. It is an annoying detail and unfortunately rather common on hotels. In a room there is one set of towels in the bathroom for single occupancy and in the wardrobe is one set in a plastic bag if you are two persons. This is smart and saves laundry but the second set in our room only contained one towel, not a set. This should also had been checked when cleaning the room.”
