“My boyfriend and I were only in Reykjavik for 2 nights but this hotel was more than perfect for our needs. We are looking to revisit and will most definitely rebook this hotel when we come back with our friends. It was clean, very central, things to do inside, and the staff were more than helpful. Hair dryers and sub chargers provided.”
“Stayed in three hotels 2 in Reykjavik this one was the most expensive and by far worst. Service was not good, actually told in the bar that other people custom was more important than ours and we would be asked to move, then ignored so we left without ordering. Breakfast was poor, too many people, too small space not best choice. Had we not visited other hotels on this and previous trips we would have been happy but service and value in this modern, trendy hotel was second rate. Also, this hotel took money in full 2 weeks prior to our stay, otherwise we would have cancelled. Good view over harbour, Windows filthy.”

“The room was facing the harbour with a lovely view, there was tea and kettle in the room, a large TV, heating was good. the l'occitane products in the room was a really nice touch. On entering the hotel, there is a fire place you can sit at to warm up. There is a cafe and restaurant in the hotel, which is really convenient. The cafe opens at 7 in the morning and serves delicious coffee. You can also forgo room service for a discount voucher at the restaurant and cafe. The hotel staff and cafe staff are very friendly. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a live DJ playing at the restaurant, and the place is really lively.”
