“Great hotel and staff that really went the extra mile. And a restaurant to die for - large quantities of good food and victuals at a ridiculously low price. I would go out of my way to stay here on a future occasion just for the dinner - but everything about the hotel was excellent too. As a matter of interest it''S location is very convenient (I think) for the Via Francescana walking route, for those who aren't on a pilgrim's budget (for anyone else it represents excellent value).”

“Wir waren schon öfter im Borgo dell'Ulivo (mit dem Auto). Dieses Mal das erste Mal mit Flug bis Ancona und von dort aus mit Mietwagen. Ist so auch gut erreichbar und von Trevi aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge machen und erreicht alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schade, dass man die regionalen Leckereien dann im Flugzeug nicht alle mit nach Hause nehmen kann. Zimmer wie gewohnt gute Ausstattung, sauber. Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird italienisch und englisch gesprochen. Italienisch-Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Es werden aber auch Hände und Füße akzeptiert ;-) Frühstück mehr als die italienische Grundausstattung (Capu+Hörnchen). Es gibt alle Sorten Kaffee, Tee, heisse Schokolade, Saft, Wasser, Schinken, luftgetrockneten Landschinken, Käse, verschiedene Kuchen, Hörnchen, Kekse, Marmelade, Obst, Joghurt,.... Empfehlenswert: das abendliche Degustationsmenü (siehe Hotel-Internetseite) Vielen Dank an Maurizio, Mauro und ihr Team!”
