“The hotel which is family-run has 14 rooms. It is at an altitude of some 600 metres above sea level and a few kms above the small village/town of Settimo Vittone on the SP 72 and offers great views over the Aosta valley. Wonderful B&B service - superb breakfast prepared and served for us by the owner, including freshly made brioche, eggs, local hams and cheeses, fruits and other produce. Very comfortable rooms named after animals found in the area. Family run a restaurant (La Marenda Sinoira) which is down the steep winding road - some 600 metres or so. We shopped for wine at the Cantina/Enoteca which is attached to the restaurant and which has an excellent selection. Heartily recommend, but do suggest you set hotels co-ordinates in your Sat-Nav and if possible arrive in day-light.”
“Spectacular views, friendly and helpful staff, very nice room, very clean, quiet location that put you in the 'locals' area of living. If you want peace and quiet a great place to chill! Breakfast was super - far better than the normal Italian breakfast. Terrace for sitting out on at front of hotel. Lots of parking.”
